Rare 1930’s cropped white cotton jacket with various color lithographs including a bi-plane and pilot, a skydiver jumping from a plane, Joe Louis, an old-timer wearing an archaic police uniform, a baseball player swinging his bat above the word “Strike, ” a police officer on a motorcycle above “Night Patrol, ” crossed baseball bats with a ball and glove, a womna in a two-piece bathing suit above “Yoo-Hoo, ” a Chinese man in traditional dress, a Native American Indian with feather headdress and a uniformed man with a bugle on a horse. The two large front patch pockets have writing in ink, one reading, “Change Pocket Keep out, ” and the other reading, “Reserve Candy Please Help Yourself, ” and the back has a hand-inked rendering of Disney’s dwarf “Dopey” below, East Orange Paul. Some of the lithographs have writing and/or numbers beneath them, and the jacket is nicely made and in excellent condition, very crisp with a 1-inch seam opening at the edge of one pocket and a little very minor soiling, measures 16 1/2-inches long with an unexpanded 34 chest, 34 waist and 17-inch sleeve.
