Original 1940’s CC41’Burton’ Tweed Overcoat. Superb and unusually coloured/textured herringbone tweed overcoat that has retained its original colour and quality throughout. Six button double breasted front with four button faux cuff, single rear vent and two side-set, almost duffle-style patch pockets. Leather wrapped belt, which shows some minor wear to corners. Lightly padded shoulder ends. Lined with chest pocket. No trace of moth or moth holes. As far as 40’s coats go this one’s a bit of a stunner. Laid flat this item measures. Shoulder to Shoulder: 19.
