Mens Vintage US Navy WW2 OD Green Foul Weather Smock Jacket Medium 40 XR 9724. Vintage, WW2-era US Navy-issued foul weather smock. Features include: a treated cotton shell (has the feel of a starchy and lightweight waxed jacket), fully taped seams, drawstring collar and large bucket hood with peaked brim. Please be aware: this is a used piece of military clothing. We will detail any major areas of wear or staining however please expect most items to have small marks or wear not always detailed below. These wont detract from the look of the item. This item has a wide, cropped fit. Please see below for specific measurements. Wear – Worn, vintage condition. There are a number of nicks and small tears on the sleeves (the largest are on the left sleeve and are about an inch in size) and some fraying around the hem and cuffs. There is also some distress on the lower front and inside the hood but nothing too serious. Marks or Stains – There is some darkish staining on the front and scuffing on the sleeves, back and hood. In addition to this, there are a number of small blemishes dotted around but overall the jacket still looks really good for its age. The fabric has also aged and faded really nicely giving the jacket a great, vintage look and feel. Please see images for. Fastenings – Drawstrings (collar/waist) and cuff buttons. All present and working. One of the buttons on the left cuff is physically coming away from the fabric but is still functional. Pit to Pit – 25. Shoulder to Shoulder – 20.
