This is a Rare Vintage 40’s Ohio State All-American Marching Band Small Campus All Wool Band Jacket. The best I could figure, it was from the late 30’s to late 40’s. It was after they started doing the Script Ohio in 1936. During World War II, Ohio State was one of the few Colleges that had a Marching Band and was under ROTC control. This is a one of a kind museum piece. It shows wear from use, age, & repair, but in overall Good Condition for age. It measures 21″ armpit to armpit & 28″ in length laying flat.
