Sage Green Nylon Outer Shell / Orange Rescue Lining. 2 x Slash Outer pockets with snap closures felt lined inners. 2 x Slash Inner Pockets with snap closures cotton inners. Scovill zippered pocket on left arm. Scovill front zipper with leather pull. Both zippers perfect all complete. Knit Cuffs almost perfect with old field repairesHardly noticable. Collar Perfect no holes. Waistband has three small snag hole easy repairable (see photos). Label in Front LH pocket. Jacket Flyers Man Intermediate MA1. Mil-J-8279E (USAF) Size LARGE. Interlining 100 % Wool. 100 % Cotton Backing. For a 47 year old military jacket its in a Excellent Sound Condition. No rips or damage too shell / front zipper perfect -Lining has small patina. Soiling this comes from the green outer shell -this is a normal on these jackets. Being a service jacket probably worked hard in its early life-not used for many years.
