Vtg 1940s Quality Sportswear Men’s 46 L Red Black Plaid Wool Hunting Coat Jacket
This vintage “Quality Sportswear” hunting jacket is made with a heavy densely woven wool. The tight weave creates a barrier to wind and water while maintaining outstanding breathability. The caped construction creates two full layers of wool over the shoulders, upper arms, and upper torso for warmth. Ample storage with two large front pockets, and a full-width lower back pocket with flap/snap closures. Thick suede leather patches on the elbows provide durability. Based on the label this jacket is likely from the 1940s. Union Made on the Pacific Coast USA. Built with densely-woven wool. Caped construction for double-layer protection over the shoulders and upper arms. Pockets include: 4 snap-flapped cargo, full-width rear pass-through, hidden hand, slotted utility. Elbow patches have a few marks. Please see our listings for more vintage! Help Us Make a Difference! This item was donated by a generous supporter of St. Your satisfaction is very important to us.
