VTG 50s Men’s Cambrian Welsh Tweed Riding Car Coat Jacket? Blazer 44 Chest
This vintage 1950s Cambrian Welsh tweed car coat jacket is a must-have for any rockabilly aficionado. Made of 100% Cambrian wool, this deep green and brown tweed jacket features a 44-inch chest size and a regular fit for the modern man. The jacket measures 24 inches in sleeve length, 18 inches in shoulder to shoulder, and 29 inches in shoulder to hem. This wonderful coat has 2 large flap, lower pockets with a half belt at the front and the end of the belt has a snap so it’s not hanging loose. Three buttons at the front with the bottom button looking a little different than the top two buttons but I would say this really is not noticeable. The neck does Pull tight around with buttons up here as well. Nice taupe coloured lining. And with some splitting under the armpits on the seam. The right arm pit has been repaired and I believe there was some repair in the left as well. There is also a separation on the seam under the left armpit off about 1.5 inches. Other than those repairs to the arm pit lining, the jacket is in wonderful vintage condition. These Cambrian wool jackets stand up quite well to wear and tear.
