This exquisite piece with its wide almost 6 INCH LAPELS was only seen in the 1970s. It has a FULL BASTED CANVAS LINING and and the fine Italian handwork throughout the garment. This winter weight fabric is best suited for Autumn & Winter seasons. This durable pure wool fabric is so sturdy you could actually sleep in it all night and it wouldn’t crease. It is rendered in a classic 4 button model with hidden button closures and a center vent. The center vent in back even has a small button to keep it in place—see photos—what tailoring. It has a beautiful classic velvet collar for that classic elegant look. This coat is listed as a US Size 38 Short—It is closer in fit to a 36 Short-38 Short.
