Offered for sale is this vintage 1960s Beck Model 666 leather cafe racer jacket, size 42. I have photographed this in outdoor and indoor natural lighting to try to capture the color in true form. The pattern is very similar to its rival (in the day) Buco J100, but truth be told this is a much more comfortable jacket given the shoulder gussets. The Good: a fully original and barn fresh jacket. The leather hide is thick and supple and has taken on a beautiful grainy tea core patina. Ive owned a few of these and this is the nicest leather Ive handled (some tend to be thin and/or drum dyed black). The Not-So-Good: the lining is separated at the collar, and has come apart at the seam in the right (as pictured) armpit. Additionally, the left (as pictured) chain puller is missing from the chest pocket. All are doable fixes by a competent tailor or just wear as-is! Sleeves: 25-25.75, depending on how you measure it; this can be a tricky measurement and one that is done differently from person to person. Back length: 26.25, from collar seam to base hem.
