This listing is for an absolutely beautiful circa 1940s double-breasted wool suit by Brooks of California. Its dark brown with blue pinstripes. I believe the jacket would best fit a size 38-40 regular. Laying flat, it measures 18-1/2 from shoulder tip to shoulder tip and 20 from armpit to armpit. The 1st pair of pants (the ones on the left in the first photo) measure 17 at the waist. The inseam measures 29-1/2 and the overall length is 42-1/2. The 2nd pair of pants has drop-loops and measures 16-3/4 at the waist, has an inseam of 27, and the overall length is 38-3/4. This suit is overall in excellent condition, but there are a few small defects. There are two tiny holes on the left shoulder of the jacket and two tiny holes in the 1st pair of pants on the legs. I believe they all could be repaired if you wanted it to be absolutely perfect. There are no rips, stains, or offensive odors.
