Authentic original WWII A-2 Bomber Jacket with the flight instructor’s name patch still sewn onto the front. The patch reads F. Measurements as follows (contact me for any additional measurements needed). Underarm to underarm: 20.5. Shoulder to shoulder: 16.5. Top of collar to hem: 24.5. Shoulder to cuff: 23.5. Underarm to cuff: 18. · Flight Instructors name badge/patch still sewn on front reads F. LeBeau US AAF (The US AAF lettering is below the name and is a bit worn off but still visible). · 1/2 above the name patch are two pin holes which are positioned 1.5 from the beginning of the name patch and 1.5 from the end of the name patch. The pin was removed and did not come with the jacket. · Top collar tag reads Desmonds of Southern California. (Desmonds was an upscale mens retailer in California in the 1940s). · Another tag 1/8 below the Desmonds tag is missing but stitching is still visible.
