Made in Sault Ste Marie, MI. Incredible 30s era double mackinaw hunting coat by Soo Woolen Mills out of Michigan. Color: Dark red / black buffalo plaid. Soft but sturdy, thick, and heavy. Condition: Excellent (for it’s age, outstanding). No holes, tears, stains or odors. One very small faded streak on the back. The secondary cuff button on the left sleeve is missing; this is totally insignificant as it is easily replaced or can be left alone all the same. The snap buttons show some surface wear; this is hardly worth mentioning. ESTIMATED size 38 to 40 or Medium. Chest (underarm to underarm): 22.25. Sleeve (shoulder seam to cuff): 24.75.
