1900s Fine Melton Wool. French fine wool tailored jacket. Silk covered buttons and grosgrain trim. Gathered sleeve tops on the shaped sleeves. Pleated split tail and long squared shape. Condition is excellent save for few small marks and multiple different sized tears on the lining, few tiny surface grazing on the left sleeve and two tiny holes to the lower back. The item was rather tight on the mannequin. (taken with the item laid flat & measured across one side). Shoulder to shoulder: 17in. Underarm to underarm: 20in. Back of neck to lower hem: 33.5in (front and back). Outer shoulder seam to cuff end: 25in. Item is shown on a standard UK 38 chest mannequin.
